BEAMINSTER ST MARY WELL STREET, ST 4710/4801 (WEST SIDE) 7/139 No 22 GV II
Attached Cottage. C17 with later alterations. Lias rubble walls. Asbestos slate roof with one brick stack at right hand gable end. 2 storeys. 2 windows. Ground floor has 4-light stone mullions (hollow chamfers). Returned label over. 4 fixed glass lights. C20 2-light stone mullion window with wooden casements. First floor has 3- and 4-light renewed wooden casements with wooden lintels and concrete cills. Front door at right hand, wooden panels with 2 lights, C20. Re-used moulded- and-stopped lintel, c.cl7.
