Description
ABBEY CLOSE 1 1625 No 4 (The Cottage) ST 6316 1/12 28.11.50. II GV 2.
Adjoining Nos 1 to 3. Higher 2 storeys 2 windows front. Stone rubble. Plain-tile roof, hipped on one side. 3-light casements with wood lintols and lead glazing. Early C19 doorcase has moulded pilasters and hood with dentil cornice.
All the listed buildings in Abbey Close form a group with the east end of No 1 Finger Lane.
