2. Probably 1836/7. Builder possibly John Knight of Lyme Regis. Stucco. Low pitched slate roof, wide eaves with brackets. 2 ranges of sashes with glazing bars. Porch with trellis work front, tent roof and scalloped cresting. Nos 46 to 52 appears to have been part of the same development (c.f. Nos 2 to 10 (even) East Road and Nos 48 to 56 (even) West Bay Road).
No 42, Magdalen Almshouses and Nos 46 to 52 (even) form a group.
