House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, rendered return, slate roof. 3 storeys, two 4-pane sashes to tumbled brick voussoirs at second floor above a flat canted oriel with plain sashes, with moulded cornice and flat roof, and a deep skirt. Ground floor has a full-width C20 shop front. A stone moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, which returns to the gable stack to the left. The rear of the roof is hipped. INTERIOR: not inspected.
