Small house at end of terrace. c1830-1840. Rendered, slate roof. A small mansard-roofed unit built separately from the remainder of this terrace. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; a raking small-pane casement dormer above an 8:12:8-pane oriel bow and a 12-pane sash in a moulded flush box. To the right a 6-panel door. The left gable, with brick stack, is plain. INTERIOR: not inspected.
