House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, slate mansard with hipped outer end. 3 storeys, 1 window; a 2-light small-pane casement raking dormer on brackets over a 2-storey flat bow oriel with 8:12:8-pane sashes, to dentil cornices at each level. To the right an arched doorway with half-brick voussoirs over a 6-panel flush C19 door with abbreviated radial fanlight. A thin rendered cornice band and rendered blocking course, rendered returns, and to the left, rising well above the adjacent property, with a large square stack. At the rear is a low gabled range with rubble walls. INTERIOR: not inspected. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 374).
