Cottage, C17 with C20 additions and alterations. Rubble walls with thatched roof, half-hipped left and gabled right. End stone stack right, One storey and attic; single window range. Casements with glazing bars. Internal features (RCHM): blocked open fireplace with oven on one side and stone vice on the other; round headed alcove in north wall. C20 extensions to the rear. A fairly rare example of a very small, surviving C17 cottage.
