Possibly school house and room, now house, c 1800. Brick, tiled roof with hipped end to right. 2/3 storeys, 3 window range. Sash windows with vertical glazing bars. Right: one ground floor and 2 upper floor windows are 3-light stone mullioned and transomed windows with square returned labels. Each light has 4-centred head. Right ground floor window partially obscured by later lean-to. Panelled door. Continuous wooden wall plate 2 courses below right upper floor windows.
