Mid C19. Ashlar. Fishscale tile roof. Facing south-east, 3 mullioned
window below, one 2-light casement window above. Facing on to St John's
Hill, central wing with 3 small windows with dripstones on ground floor
and 1 above, flanked on either side by a projecting 2-storey gabled wing.
In left hand wing, ground floor windows with continuous dripstone over,
and window above also with dripstone. In right hand wing, window above
and door below, both with dripstones.
