Early to mid C19. 2 storeys and attic with cellar. 3 windows. Slate mansard' roof. 2 small dormer casements. Stuccoed front. Sash windows 3 panes wide. Round-headed doorway with semi-circular fanlight and flush panelled door. Entrance to No 19 in south-east side.
