2. Circa 1856.  Early Victorian pillar box.  Cast iron with fluted column, plinth and round cap.  Vertical letter box.
Seabrook Cottage, Bridge House. Sunnyholme and adjoining cottage, Mudeford Lodge and its outbuilding, The Moorings, Mount Pleasant and its boundary wall, the Pillar Box, and The Staithe form a group with Nos 1 and 2.  The Coach House opposite. (All except Mudeford Lodge, The Moorings, the Pillar Box and the Staithe, are of local interest).
