2. 1874-5 Architect Benjamin Ferrey. Simple Early English style. Red brick with stone dressings. Slate roof with stone coped gable end. Nave, lower chancel, south porch and transept, West end has centre buttresses flanked by 2 windows of 2 lights each with roundel above. Bellcote at gable end. 6 windows in all. Aisless interior with exposed brickwork. Wooden roof - alternate ribs have strapwork centre band. Ancient hexagonal font.
Nos 110 to 118 (even) the cartshed at Burton Green Farm. Dairy Cottage. St Luke's Parish Church and the Sycamores with Nos 105 to 107 the United Reform Church and Manse Nos 125 and 131, with No 1. Footners Lane and its entrance wall, form a group surrounding Burton Green of which No 1 Footners Lane, Nos 125, 131, 116 and 118 and the cartshed at Burton Green Farm are of local interest.
