HIGH STREET 1. 5193 (east side) The Bell Hotel SZ 0199 NW 2/52 II GV 2.
Appears C19. May be of earlier origin. Brick walls, hipped tiled roof. Two storeys and attics. On main elevation, ground floor has large "pub" window, with classical cornice on console brackets. Original door, on rounded corner, now altered to form a window. First floor has 2 double hung sash windows with glazing bars. One double hung sash window on corner, above original door. One dormer to attic, with hipped roof and old metal casements with lead lights. North elevation to yard has door in raised rendered surround and one double hung sash window. Single storey brick outbuildings at rear.
