Well House
Detached cottage. Probably C17. Cob and brick walls. Thatched roof. Brick stack. Two-room plan. One storey and attics. Ledged door, in a late brick and tiled porch. Ground floor has two casement windows - one with cast iron lights. Attic has one dormer with casements and cast iron lights. Interior has large open fireplace and deep chamfered beams in ground floor ceiling. RCHM Monument 32.
