CORFE CASTLE KINGSTON HILL (West side) SY 95 79 6/101 Lynch Lodge GV II
Lodge at park entrance. Date 1864. Coursed rubble stone walls, stone slate roof with coped gables and stone eaves cornice, stone stacks on ridge. Cruciform plan. In Gothic Revival style. Single storey. C20 single-storey flat roofed addition at-rear. On main elevation, central gabled projection has a canted bay window with stone mullions and transome and 1/2 pyramidal stone roof with battlemented cornice. Datestone above this. Right of the gable a segmental pointed arch with ledged door. Left of gable, one sash. Picturesque.
