2. 1792-5. Laid out by Samuel and William Downe. Red brick. 3 storeys Stucco string at 2nd floor level. No 13 has modillion eaves cornice. 3 ranges each of sashes with glazing bars. 1 door each, grouped in pairs, with 6 moulded panels, semi-circular fanlights, moulded imposts and transoms.
