Former Farmhouse, now Hotel.  Early C19, with mid C19 rear wing at right-angles.  Rubble-stone walls.  Slate roof with stone gable- copings, and C19 brick stacks at each gable.  South elevation: 2 storeys with basements and attics.  3 windows.  C20 French windows at ground floor and a canted bay at right hand ground.  First floor has C19 sashes in flush frames.  Very small 2-light dormers above. Rear-wing, east elevation has a cast-iron openwork porch with flared metal roof, towards south end.  Present entrance on west elevation, plank, C20.
