Description

Mr P A Brown conducted a series of small excavations and observations within Corfe Castle during the 1950s. These are described in brief in a notebook deposited together with sketch plans in the Dorset County Museum circa 1975. The sites range from features near the curtain walls of the first ward, to the keep.
