Description
Southern Archaeological Services Ltd conducted a desk-based assessment of the known archaeology of the area around Highmoor Farm, Talbot Village, Dorset, using documentary sources held in various archives, as part of the archaeological evaluation of the site of a proposed housing development by the Talbot Village Trust. The assessment showed that, while no specific use of the site itself was recorded, the surrounding area contains a number of sites of archaeological importance. (1)
