Description

A watching brief was undertaken to the east of Buzbury Rings, as part of the Wessex Water Corfe Mullen to Salisbury water transfer scheme archaeological mitigation. A number of undated pits and ditches were investigated. These have tentatively been interpreted as part of an Iron Age settlement.
