Description

An evaluation by Cotswold Archaeology for Tarmac Quarry Products Ltd in December 2005. The evaluation consisted of the digging of 20 trenches within the area proposed for development. A single undated gully was recorded in one trench (Trench 16), and this feature was thought probably to be associated with the modern plantation. No archaeological features or deposits were identified in the other trenches.
