Description

An archaeological evaluation comprising four evaluation trenches was carried out on land immediately south and east of the village hall, Sturminster Marshall. A natural sequence of deposits was recorded above natural gravel but nothing of archaeological significance was found. The record for this event has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.
