Description

Desk-based assessment in advance of proposed construction of new tank sewer close to Roman Villa. No discoveries relating to villa found in proposed area but site sufficiently close to boundary to assume moderate to high potential for archaeological remains to extend into proposed area. Recommends hand excavation of trial trenches.
