Description

Evaluation of a site proposed for development comprising the machine excavation of nine trenches. Trenches 1 to 7 were 50m long, Trench 8 25m long, and Trench 9 20m long, all 1.5m wide; approximately a 2% sample of the 3.5ha site. A single, undated, feature of possible archaeological origin and a small quantity of residual prehistoric finds were found.
