Full Description
74 & 74a West Bay Road is a probably 18th century two-storeyed house with a long rectangular plan. The walls are of hammer dressed stone and it has a thatched roof. There is a single storey rubble stone extension with a lean-to slate roof to the rear. It probably represents a former rural vernacular building absorbed into an urban setting. (1)
