Summary

Listed by RCHME (1972, 69) as 'Belle Vue'. A two storey house with attics. The walls are rendered below slate roofs. Mid-nineteenth century in origin. Adjacent on the south east side is a contemporary brick-built stable ; two late twelfth century respond capitols with volute decoration are reset in the rubble of the stable yard wall. The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.
