Full Description
Bronze Age disc barrow forming part of the Winterbourne Poor Lot Barrow Group. The site is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. {1}
Barrow, between 400ft. and 500ft. contours on the E. part of Black Down. One of twenty. Disc barrow of unusual type, consists of a circular mound 38ft. in diam and 3.5ft. wide, surrounded by a bank 19ft. wide and 82ft. in diam overall. The outer scarp only remianig on the S.W. and on the S.E. being cut into by the ditch of barrow (8a) in Little Bredy (RCHM).

14.5m wide and 0.5m high only the reduced and spread mound is visible with no trace of the bank and ditch. There is a flint concentration on the mound which is under grass. 1/5/D
