Attached cottage in row. Dated over front door 1785 I:R S:R in a round-arch framing. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Slate roof with boxed eaves. Brick stacks at left hand ridge and right hand party wall. 2 storeys.

Full Description

'House, on the W. side of the street 130 yards N.N.W. of the church, includes some reused ashlar in the walls. The windows have stone dressings. Inside there are heavy stop-chamfered beams.' (1)

Brick stacks at left hand ridge and right hand party wall. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills. Stone voussoirs to the windows, the ground floor ones in grey limestone. Plank door at centre with weatherboard, C19.
