Attached cottage, premises of W J Ferry. Early C19. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof. C20 brick stacks, left of centre on party ridge, and at right hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 3-light C20 wooden casements. Front door at centre, plank with a wooden frame and wooden lintel over. Shop premises in left hand room. Attached house at right angles in Back Street, same materials, storeys. 2 windows, wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden lintels over. C19 plank door at centre, with a wooden lintel over. This description includes No 2 Back Street, (qv).
