Nos. 1 and 2 Seaway Lane are two attached cottages. Mid C19. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof, hipped and with projecting eaves. Brick stack at centre ridge. 2 storeys. 4 windows, cast-iron casements with glazing-bars. Wooden frames and cills. Porch at centre of No 1, with C20 6-panel door. No 2: C20 door at left hand front.
