Listed Building record MDO14779 - The Cottage, High Street, Yetminster

A house thought to have been built in the seventeenth century, but with eighteenth-century alterations. The building has walls of rubble stone and a slate roof with brick chimney stacks.

‘The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century and of two storeys; the walls are of rubble and the roofs are thatched or covered with modern materials. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (19) Cottage, immediately S.E. of (18), has two original windows in front, the lower of four lights with a label.’
