Listed Building record MDO14791 - Mill House, now part of Mill Farmhouse, Mill Lane, Yetminster

Formerly a watermill, mill house, and cottage - now one house. The mill and mill house are 17th century and the cottage is mid 19th century. The buildings consist of rubble stone walls, with brick dressings to the cottage. Each has tiled roofs with stone eaves courses to the mill and mill house. The mill house has 3 storeys and the mill and cottage has 2.

‘The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century and of two storeys; the walls are of rubble and the roofs are thatched or covered with modern materials. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (31) Mill House, 660 yards S.S.E. of the church, is modern but incorporates materials from the old building on another site.’
