Full Description
2-storey thatched cottage of brick 4 windows wide, probably Cl7, forming lower eastward extension to New House. Gabled porch with scissor braces on brackets, probably circa 1850. Stringcourse. Casement windows, mostly 3-light, with thicker frame to central opening light (massive hinges to 1 window); diamond lattice glazing, leaded. East gable has large chimneybreast with 3 set-offs to one side, stack with brick cornice and higher extension. Secondary chimney on ridge. Rear (north) has asymmetrical projection.
