Summary

Part of a three storey Italianate stucco terrace, circa 1850-60, stepping up hill, comprising Nos 6-34 Poole Hill. The ground floor has been highly altered by insertion of restaurant frontage.

Full Description

Part of an Italianate stucco terrace, circa 1850-60, stepping up hill, comprising Nos 6-34 Poole Hill. Each house is three storeys and three windows wide, except for the central three houses which are five windows wide. The first floor windows are connected by a thin stringcourse on consoles, breaking over centre window of each house as a triangular pediment. Main cornice survives on Nos 6-10 and 14-16, roofs recessed behind parapet. Rear also stucco, with many extensions. The ground floor of No 32 has been altered with inserted shop extension.
