Summary

A villa built in 1908 by H E Hawker and Arnold Mitchell for the American, Alfred Hutchins, and part of an estate developed between 1907 and 1914. The building has walls of red brick in Flemish bond on the ground floor, with tiles hung fish-scale style above, and a plain tiled roof. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include elaborate fire places.
