Full Description

Picturesque cottage, circa 1850, ground floor and semi-attic, red brick. Asymmetrical T plan, with lean-to timber verandah-porch set across angle. Mullioned casements, diamond lattice glazing, 3 lights with transom on ground floor, 2 lights on 1st. Steeply pitched slate roofs with overhanging eaves and plain bargeboards. Big rectangular chimneybreast with 2 set-offs on west flank, next to it a single-storey extension.
