Full Description
Late 19th century. Red brick ground floor with stone quoins. 1st floor stuccoed with cornice and parapet. 2 storeys. 8 windows, unbarred sashes with moulded architraves, those of ground floor segmental arches with keystones, side doors and centre window round arched with keystones. Side and centre bay advanced. Included in Grade II as part of a very important group at town centre.

Hodges suggests that the brick skin of this building surrounds three older structures which may contain medieval structural elements.(1)
