A house built in the eighteenth century. There is a date stone inscribed '1723' over the door, and a later eighteenth-century addition at the south end.

Full Description

Pig Oak Farm is a single-storey 18th century cottage with brick walls and a thatched roof. Above the door is a date-stone inscribed 1723. The addition to the south end of the range is of about 1750 and other additions are early 19th century. The adjacent granary, with brick walls raised on staddle-stones and a slate-covered roof, is probably mid-18th century despite a beam dated 1704. <2>
