One of two attached cottages built in the late seventeenth or early eighteenth century. The building has walls of stone rubble with stone slate roofs and brick and stone chimney stacks. The interior is reported to retain features such as open fireplaces and a bread oven.

‘The following monuments unless otherwise described are of two storeys, or in a few instances of one storey with attics, and have walls of local Purbeck stone rubble and stone-slated roofs; they are of the late 18th or early 19th century. … (11) Cottages, two (200 yds. S.E.).’
