'(27) Broom Pound, formerly Moreton Dairy (811883), of two storeys with brick walls, was built in 1738 as a long range running E.-W. with one internal chimney; a small wing projecting to the N. may be an addition. The house was formerly two tenements. Outbuilding, immediately S. of the house, also of brick, is of the same date as the house.'
