Summary

A detached cottage thought to have been built in the 18th century. The building has walls of brick with a thatched roof, with a brick chimney stack. There is a later extension at the western end, and some modern additions and alterations. The interior is reported to retain a large open fireplace, a bread oven and the remains of a curing chamber.
