F. ST 72980229, Bowl barrow 6.0m diameter and 0.5m high. There is no visible ditch.

Tumuli surveyed at 1:2500 on MSD. <5>

‘A low rise in deciduous woodland consisting of mature beech and oak. Dimensions as above. Beyond the banks of the copse boundary to NW and SE are fields in rough grass. Papworth MDJ/TWA 26.11.1985.’

(61) Saucer-barrow ? (73000230), 35 yds. N.N.E. of (60), is covered with trees; it consists of a small mound surrounded by a well-marked ditch and an outer bank; the latter has been destroyed on the E. side by an old copse bank. Diam. of mound 18 ft., ht. 1 ft. Ditch 4 ft. across and 6 ins. deep; bank 7 ft. across and 1 ft. high.
