Full Description
Richard Hine had a sailcloth manufactory in Hogshill Street, operating between 1797 and the 1830s (1). It is listed in the 1823-4 Trade Directory (2). Richard Hine owned and lived at 17 Hogshill Street and the factory may have been to the rear of the property.
