‘Unless otherwise described, the following monuments are two-storied houses and cottages with coursed rubble walls and stone-slated roofs. They are of the 18th century and are all situated in Stalbridge town. … (14) Cottage (73331787), 350 yds. S. of the church, is of the late 18th century. The roof is thatched.’
