Full Description
(SY 746847) Strip lynchet and traces shown on Medieval field plan (with SY 78 SW 38). <4>
A single lynchet reduced by ploughing to a low scarp, approximately 60m in length. <5>
Medieval strip lynchet, visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north-east of Poxwell <1>. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
