One of two bowl barrows with ditches;
`A' - diameter 26 paces, height 7 ft. <2>
One of two bowl barrows planted with firs.
`A' - Diameter 30m height 3.1m surrounded by a ditch 3.0m wide, 0.3m deep and with a central excavation 6.0m diameter, 1.0m deep. <3>
Situated in Puddletown forest on top of a natural knoll. Shallow holes have been dug into the top of the mound and it has been much disturbed by rabbits. 95ft. In diam and 7.5ft. Tall with traces of a ditch.
`A' (28) - SY 73769176. Bowl barrow, 95ft diameter and 7.5ft high with traces of a ditch, has been dug into on the top, and also much disturbed by rabbits. <4>
`A' - SY 73769175: Two bowl barrows in undergrowth, diameter 30.0m, height 2.7m, which has a depression 8.0m. Diameter in centre. Ditch 3.0m wide and 0.2m deep visible on south quadrant only, the rest now merely a terrace. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D <5>

'(28) Bowl (73769176), 365 yds. S.E. of (27), in Puddletown Forest, lies on top of a natural knoll at 250 ft. O.D. Shallow holes have been dug into the top of the mound and it has been much disturbed by rabbits. Diam. 95 ft., ht. 7½ ft. Traces of ditch.'
