An area of disturbed ground, possibly associated with post medieval extraction, modern farming or natural geomorphological processes is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs {1} immediately to the south-east of Lower Kingston Russell Farm. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
