Parallel banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs running along the contour to the south of Osmington {1}. They are of medieval origin and may be strip lynchets or well defined ridge and furrow strip fields.The features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
