A group of probable trackways of uncertain date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs {1-2} in the vicinity of the Big Wood barrow group. They appear to be cut by later historic field boundaries (MDO24677), so are likely to pre-date these. They were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
