Full Description
Four pits are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs {1-4}. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval extractive pits. Alternatively they could be of a modern agricultural origin. They were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
